As our Productivity apps Contributor she recommends the best tools to keep you organized at home, with your finances and your work.

Check out my new recommendations for Spring Cleaning! Clear the clutter and create a cleaning plan. If Alice (from the Brady Bunch), were running your household, these would be at the top of her list…

  • Good Housekeeping @Home

"Grass stains, wine stains... - can you remember all the right magic formulas for getting them out? GH @Home breaks their app into 4 major categories: Stain Buster, Do-It-All Cleaning, Home Decor Gallery and News & Tips. I hope to never need the 'Bird Droppings' Stain Busting Tip, but it's there if necessary. Their lists are extensive and informative in a very practical and attractive layout."

  • HomeRoutines

"HomeRoutines breaks cleaning down into five manageable focus zones. It's easy to customize, if you don't like the given schedule and you can add/delete tasks as well. There's a built-in 15 minute timer if you need a little boost. You can also create Morning, Evening, and Weekly Tasks that fall outside of the cleaning schedule. Bonus feature: you can sync with your home computer so that the entire family is on board. That’d be a novel idea!"

  • Rumgr

"It's so simple it's brilliant. Why not make a little bank off of your clutter? Click on Sell it, snap a picture, and your item is for sale to everyone around you. You can also browse through other people’s treasures located within 5 miles, 10, 25, and more than 50 miles away...the items get further away as you scroll down through the photo grid. If you like an item, make an offer. Can you feel your clutter disappearing?"

  • TeuxDeux

"I need function mixed with fabulous. SwissMiss nailed it when they designed TeuxDeux. No clutter... just clean and simple.

TeuxDeux's crisp design makes it easy to input and edit task entry. If you don't complete a task, it automatically moves it to the next day - bonus! You can cross items off [there's something so rewarding about that] or you can simply make them disappear. Includes a clever "someday" bucket or buckets to add items you don't need to tackle today, but eventually want to get to... you can title your buckets which I think comes in handy since we juggle so many different kinds of lists.

Multiple accounts can be created making it easy to share your to-do list with a spouse or coworker or assistant."

  • Manilla

"Remembering one more user ID and password might just push us over the ledge! This app takes away the pain of having multiple accounts by giving us a safe, non-threatening place to manage it all.

Using the clean, well-designed app, you can access all your bank accounts even when they aren't all at the same bank. There are custom emails and/or text reminders for bills, the ability to manage all your travel loyalty programs and more. If you don't already have online access to the accounts you want to manage, set-up may require a bit more time. But you will end up feeling more organized and on top of things when you're done!"

  • PayPal

"The split-the-bill feature is great for when I'm out with girls and we act like little old ladies when the bill comes. No need to find the CPA amongst us, we can easily split and transfer funds. This app even has a bump feature making it all that much easier."

  • RXmindMe

"Just how well can you manage your meds when you're on pain killers?! RXmindme makes the process manageable. Set up is easy and they've thought of every detail from how often, how many, and when to reorder, multiple family members, picture taking as well as being secure + pass coded.

Wish I had this app during cancer treatment + post opp. I now use it to remind me to take my daily meds + store current med/vitamin information for my doctor appointments."

  • Pinterest

"She's the reason I know longer rip recipes out of magazines! I 'pin' all the 'good ideas' from blogs and websites here on my virtual bulletin boards. Say adios to your umpteen different files housing your magazine clippings."

  • Chase Mobile
    Chase Mobile

"LOVE that I can check my balance, deposit a check and pay bills while sipping on a cappuccino at my local cafe."
